Getting Fit in 2016

Many people will be thinking about working out early next year when the calorific Christmas period is out of the way. It’s easy to talk the talk though, and many people may start the year with a bang, going to the gym for several weeks before it all stops completely.

To become a regular ‘gym goer’ or ‘home exerciser’, you need to have one thing; motivation. If you really want to keep fit you have to change your lifestyle somewhat and create a new schedule. Working out isn’t easy, especially when you’re feeling fatigued after a long day’s work, but you just have to find the right balance. Do cardio one day, followed by weights the next, an abs workout the day after and then rest the next day. Then repeat the cycle. Choose workouts that can work out for you!
